PRICE LIST QUESTIONNAIRE

We are reviewing the format of our price list. Since July 2005 when the price list became separated into sections for organic and non-organic products, reaction from our customers has been mixed.

In order to try to see if there is a clear opinion among our customers about the way our price list should be, we’ve decided to conduct a simple questionnaire. We would be very grateful if you would take the time to answer these two questions and return this form in the envelope provided, or send us an email with your answers to: plist@essential-trading.coop.

1) Do you prefer products to be separated into non-organic and organic sections, or would you like to see the sections merged once again, with clear indicators in the list as to which products are organic and which are not?

2) Do you prefer products in the list to be firstly divided into product categories (Convenience Foods, Tea, Coffee etc.) then secondly within those categories to be listed alphabetically by brand (this is how it is at the moment); or would you prefer there to be no product categories, just a simple list of Brands listed in alphabetical order?
